Before the Papal weekend could start, the World Meeting of Families had to close at the Pennsylvania Convention Center. Rick Warren, author of The Purpose Driven Life was the first keynote speaker, who delivered an impactful statement to the crowd. This was followed by a closing address from Archbishop Charles Chaput, which set the tone to begin an amazing transition into the Papal weekend.
