Alison and Josh’s newborn little boy is absolutely gorgeous, even from the moment we started shooting at 8 a.m.! As a baby his schedule dictated our shoot, and in this case I went to their Baltimore apartment early to get him in his morning moments.
These baby photos were special as well because I have known Josh since college! I also took their engagement photos at the Jersey Shore and wedding photos at Clarks Landing.
I asked for a few different outfits for the family, and for simple natural light. In shoots there is a certain amount of portraits that need to be taken, especially because newborns aren’t very active, but I we also want families to be documented in their routines to show everyone in their best light. In this case, Alison and Josh’s baby looked adorable throughout, even if he is a New York Giants fan! It’s been great to stay in touch with Alison and Josh to document them from the start of their relationship to the birth of their first child.
